關係／友誼佈道就是視我們在關係網中認識的人為福音對象，在職信徒的上司、同事及下屬正是寶貴的福音機會。然而，仍有許多內地教會不懂得如何支援信徒在職場中作見證或分享福音，其中一個原因是牧者缺乏有關職場牧養的裝備。

求主差派專業的職場教導導師補上這個缺口，裝備牧者懂得如何教導信徒在職場中以聖經的核心價值來工作及營商，從而發揮屬靈影響力，使他們的生命能吸引非信徒同事，引領到主前，讓職場成為福音的禾場！

Pray for China: Marketplace is a harvest field

Relationship/friendship evangelism is to see those we know in our network as the target of the gospel, and the bosses, co-workers, and subordinates of Christians in the workplace are valuable opportunities for evangelism. However, many churches in China do not know how to support believers to witness or share the gospel in the marketplace, one of the reasons being that pastors are not well-equipped for pastoral care in the marketplace.

Pray for the Lord to send professional marketplace instructors to fill this gap, equipping pastors to know how to teach believers to work and do business with Biblical core values, thereby exercising spiritual influence, so that their lives will attract non-believer co-workers and lead them to the Lord, and so that the workplace will become a harvest field for the Gospel!

代禱事項：認清自己獨特的身份

在內地教會，仍存在著商人信徒較重利益的看法；加上仍有不少教會受「聖俗二分」觀念的影響，把屬靈學習與工作謀生清楚劃分，商人及職場信徒許多時也忘記了自己擁有獨特的身份——成為教會與社會的橋樑。

求主讓商人及職場信徒認清自己獨特的身份，能帶領教會進入世界，支援教會實踐轉化社會的使命。

Pray for China: Knowing one’s unique identity

Among churches in China, there is still a perception that businessmen are more interested in profit. Coupled with the fact that many churches are still influenced by the concept of “sacramental and secular” which clearly distinguishes between spiritual learning and working for a living, businessmen and believers in the workplace often forget that they have a unique identity – to be a bridge between the church and the society.

Pray that businessmen and believers in the workplace would recognise their unique identity and be able to lead the church into the world and support it in its mission of transforming society.

代禱事項：支援內地領袖教導信徒理財

內地教會普遍缺乏對理財方面的教導，包括金錢運用及管理。在教會講壇、查經或團契小組裡，這些課題甚少被觸及或交流討論，信徒多是在坊間或網路上尋找理財方面的知識。

求主差派具專業裝備的導師，支援牧者在這些方面能有效地教導信徒，幫助信徒對管理及運用金錢有較整全的認識，避免出現誤解，帶來財務及生活上的困難。

Pray for China: Support the teaching of financial management by church leaders

There is a general lack of teaching on financial matters, including the use and management of money, in Chinese churches. These topics are seldom touched upon or exchanged in church pulpits, Bible studies, or fellowship groups, and believers mostly look for financial knowledge in the community or on the Internet.

Pray for the Lord to send professionally-equipped mentors to support pastors in effectively teaching believers in these areas, and to help believers to have a more complete understanding of how to manage and use money, so as to avoid misunderstandings that can lead to financial and lifestyle difficulties.

代禱事項：把握福音事工的機遇

西北地區土地遼闊，總面積佔全國的三分之一，但氣候乾旱，雨量稀少，資源沒有沿海區域富裕。從地理上來說，此地位處偏僻，但多年來卻是政府發展經濟的重心，包括「西部大開發」及「一帶一路」，為福音事工帶來不少機遇。

求天父使用當地教會的牧者與信徒，能與來自不同地區的營商人士、職工及其家庭建立關係，把握福音事工的機遇。

Pray for China: Grasping opportunities for evangelism

The Northwest region in China is a vast area, accounting for one-third of the country’s total land area, but with an arid climate and little rainfall, it is not as rich in resources as the coastal regions. Geographically it is remote, but over the years it has been the focus of government economic development, including the “Western Development” and the “One Belt, One Road” initiative which have brought many opportunities for the gospel ministry.

Pray that God will help pastors and local believers build relationships with business people, workers, and their families from different regions, grasping the opportunities for evangelism.

因著生活與家庭需要，數十年來，願意到西北地區教會全職服侍的神學院畢業生不多，當地牧者的牧養擔子十分沉重。

求天父保護當地牧者，在服侍上避免長時間獨力作工，以致身心靈耗盡；求天父為他們預備生命師傅及同行夥伴，讓他們能應對領袖其中一個難處——孤單。

Pray for China: Pray for pastors in the Northwest

Due to the demands of life and family, not many seminary graduates have been willing to serve full-time in the churches in the Northwest region in the past few decades, and the pastoral care burden on local pastors is very heavy.

Pray that the Father protects local pastors from long hours of solo ministry which can lead to physical and spiritual exhaustion. Pray that the Father prepares life mentors and peers for them so that they can cope with one of the difficulties of leadership – loneliness.

代禱事項：求主堅固西北地區教會信徒

多年來，西北地區教會在聖經教導資源方面較沿海區域缺乏，加上疫情期間，教會不能實體聚會，初信栽培、查經班也暫停了。即使牧者在疫情期間透過探訪及通訊軟件牧養信徒，但在聖經教導方面仍出現很大的空隙。異端乘虛而入，在牧者與信徒之間進行分化，更為奪取信徒的心而說出許多欺哄的話。有些信徒被迷惑而離開教會，令牧者及信徒領袖感到痛心，他們正設法去挽回。

求主保守信徒的心，時刻儆醒，抵擋異端的迷惑；並求主為牧者預備適切現況需要的聖經教導資源，透過復辦的初信栽培、查經班等，以真理的教導鞏固信徒的信仰根基。

Pray for China: May the Lord strengthen believers in the Northwest

For many years, churches in the Northwest regions have lacked resources for Bible teaching compared to the coastal regions. In addition, during the pandemic, the churches could not meet physically, and the nurturing of new believers and Bible studies were also suspended. Even though pastors were able to pastor the believers through visits and communication software during the pandemic, there was still a big gap in Biblical teaching. Heretics took advantage of the situation to divide pastors and believers and said many deceptive things to win the hearts of believers. Some believers have even left the church, causing distress to pastors and church leaders who are trying to find ways to restore them.

Pray that the Lord keeps the hearts of believers and helps them resist the lure of the cults. May the Lord also provide pastors with Bible teaching resources that suit their current needs, and that the Lord would strengthen the foundation of the believers’ faith through the teaching of truth following the resumption of nurturing classes for new converts and Bible study classes.

在內地福音事工的空間越見收窄的情況下，求天父賜下信心與創意，讓內地教會信徒領袖能善用自己的專長或抓緊每個機遇，以創新的模式支援福音事工的服侍。此外，求天父為內地教會預備導師及同行者，以聖經教導、職場專業及關懷守望等不同方式，與信徒領袖一起「作新事」。

Pray for China: May Our Heavenly Father guide lay leaders to ”do new things”

As the room for evangelism in China shrinks, pray for faith and creativity for lay leaders to make good use of their own strengths and seize every opportunity to support evangelistic ministry in innovative ways. In addition, may our Heavenly Father prepare mentors and co-workers for the churches in China to “do new things” with lay leaders in various ways, including Biblical teaching, vocational service, caring ministry etc.

代禱事項：求天父賜福給少數民族教會的牧者

｢羊多牧人少｣是內地教會普遍現象，但在少數民族的群體，情況更為嚴重。因語言的限制，非少數民族的牧者難以進入族群，更遑論傳福音及牧養！最有效的牧養是少數民族牧者服侍族人。因生活的需要，少數民族牧者完成神學裝備並願意返回本族老家或偏遠地方服侍不多。

求主顧念這些委身服侍少數民族的牧者，堅立他們手所作的工，供應他們的生活所需。

Pray for China: Blessing for pastors of ethnic minority churches

It is a common phenomenon of churches in China that “there are many sheep but few shepherds”, but the situation is even more serious among ethnic minorities. Due to language constraints, it is difficult for non-minority pastors to enter into their communities, let alone evangelise and provide pastoral care for them! The most effective form of pastoral care is for minority pastors to serve their own people. For practical reasons such as maintaining a livelihood, not many minority pastors with theological training are willing to return to their hometowns or remote areas to serve.

Pray that the Lord looks after these pastors who have committed themselves to serving ethnic minorities, and that He sustains their work and provides for their needs.

代禱事項：求天父賜予少數民族信徒屬靈資源

少數民族的屬靈資源一直也是極稀少，因為少數民族工人一般只懂得本族語言，看不懂以漢語編寫的釋經材料及屬靈書籍。

求主恩領在當地少數懂漢語的牧長，能有智慧明白及消化以漢語編寫的屬靈書籍的內容，並有力量及空間把書籍翻譯成當地語言。

Pray for China: Pray for provision of spiritual resources for ethnic minorities

Spiritual resources for ethnic minorities have always been extremely scarce, as the ethnic minority workers generally only know their own language and cannot understand the exegetical materials or Christian books written in Chinese.

May the Lord give wisdom to the few local pastors who understand Chinese and help them digest the contents of the spiritual books written in Chinese, and to have the strength and space to translate the books into local languages.

不少牧者都看到小組模式有助深化教導牧養，包括引導組員進深討論研習內容、加強組員間的聯繫等。但不是每個小組也能取得理想果效，因小組的進行受著不同因素影響，如組長的帶領（單向演說還是分享交流）、組員的參與（沉默抽離還是積極討論）、小組的氣氛（偏見批評還是包容接納）等。

求主賜智慧給牧者，在開展小組前，做好軟件的預備，如組長的裝備、組員的心態等；並供應適合小組研習、討論及應用實踐的材料，讓組長及組員能在小組中被建立與成長。

Pray for China: Preparing the software for starting a small group

Many pastors have seen that small groups can help deepen pastoral care, including guiding group members to further discuss the contents of the study and strengthening the connection among group members. However, not every small group can achieve the desired results because each group is affected by different factors, such as the leadership of the group (one-way talk or open sharing), the participation of group members (silent withdrawal or active discussion), and the atmosphere of the group (critical or accepting), and so on.

Pray for the Lord’s wisdom for pastors to prepare the software, equipping leaders and the mindset of the group members, before starting a small group; and to provide materials suitable for group study, discussion, and practical application, so that the leader and group members can be built up and grow together.
